Since the Feds rescued the Titanic likes of Citigroup, AIG and Bank of America, it seems only fitting that Jolynn Johnson's Crystal Kitchen Center got a break, too. "I probably would not have gone out of business," Johnson said. "But a $35,000 loan, with the government making the interest payments for five months, certainly helped relieve my financial and emotional stress. My banker knew this would help tide us over."
