TORONTO, ONTARIO, Sep 29, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Coretec Inc. (TSX:CYY) today announced the resignation of Mr. Sid Belzberg from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. Belzberg was installed as a Board member in May 2009. The Company will not be filling the vacant Board position prior to the 2009 Annual General Meeting which will be held in May 2010.
