PCMag.com, a provider of lab-based reviews of tech products, announced the results of its 22nd Service and Reliability Survey.
The annual survey measures readers' opinions on the customer support and reliability offered by service providers and the manufacturers of PCs and peripherals.
The readers who responded to PCMag.com's 2009 service and reliability survey offered their ratings on 46,434 products from thirteen different categories, including digital cameras, HDTVs, notebooks, and routers. GPS devices and game consoles appeared on this year's category list for the first time with big wins for Garmin and Nintendo.
