Teenage scientists and other 'techies' are to be given extra help to turn their eureka moments into genuine commercial opportunities.
The BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition is to include a special programme allowing 40 participants in the annual showcase to be mentored by top executives and professionals from leading companies to help them develop a knowledge of business.
The students will gain practical knowledge through a series of workshops on subjects such as protecting intellectual capital and global marketing.
