NEW YORK, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- L'Oreal S.A. the world leader in cosmetics and hair care, through its U.S. subsidiary, Cosmair, Inc., announces today that it has completed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Soft Sheen Products Inc., a leader in innovation and Ethnic hair care expertise.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction creates strategic growth opportunities in Ethnic beauty for L'Oreal and Soft Sheen, allowing the company to expand its reach to Black people globally.
