September 30, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Amarillo Biosciences, Inc. (OTCBB: AMAR) (Current Market Cap: $11.69 Mil.) has appointed Bernard Cohen as chief financial officer. He replaces Gary Coy, who will assist the company with SEC filings as a consultant.
