Mattias Klintemar has been appointed new CFO with effect from January 15, 2010. In the interim Carl G. Skold will be Acting CFO.
Mattias Klintemar has been CFO and Vice President of Hexaformer AB, a provider of transformer technology, since 2006. His previous experience includes working as CFO/COO at ABG Securities and as a Project Leader, Corporate Finance at ABG Sundal Collier, Deputy CFO at HSBC/Midland Bank, and as a consultant and auditor at Arthur Andersen.
