FRANKLIN, Mass. -- Joan Scribner, Principal of Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton has been elected President of the Massachusetts Secondary School Administrators' Association (MSSAA) for the 2009-2010 school year.
Mrs. Scribner has been serving as Nipmuc's principal since 1999 after serving as the assistant principal for the previous three years. She began her career as an educator in 1989 as a foreign language teacher at Nipmuc H.S.
