Fed up and not going to take it anymore, the way the U.S. government spends your tax dollars?
If you're a Minnesota duck hunter, chill out. When you purchase a $15 federal duck stamp -- as nearly 100,000 Minnesotans will in advance of Saturday's first day of the duck season -- you're getting a huge bang for your buck.
Consider: By law, 50 percent of the nation's Migratory Bird Conservation Fund, made up largely of duck stamp money, must be spent in the nation's prairie pothole region, specifically in Iowa, Minnesota, the Dakotas and eastern Montana.
