Colliers CRE, the international estate agency that owns a 60pc stake in the Irish firm Colliers Jackson-Stops (CJS), has had its shares on the London AIM market suspended as it seeks to finalise a deal to attract fresh investment.
Four directors of the Irish firm -- Declan Stone, Michael Donohoe, Nick Coveney and Marcus Magnier -- retained a substantial portion of the Colliers CRE shares they received in 2006 when they agreed a '4.8m deal to give 60pc of CJS to CRE.
