Manufacturer have raised alarm over the health of companies in Nigeria saying that the sector is at the brink of collapse.

Industry chieftains said rising cost of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) popularly called diesel has teamed up with failing infrastructure to put the final nail on the coffin.

The manufacturers outcry came against the backdrop of the conclusion of plans by the Federal Government to remove the last batch of subsidy on petroleum products, a move which will culminate in another round of increase in the prices of diesel and fuel.
