Computer software company Attachmate has signed a lease for office space on the Bellingham waterfront.
The company will be moving from 455 Stuart Road into the renovated Gaston Bay Building at 2925 Roeder Ave., near Mount Baker Products. Attachmate will be on the third floor of the Gaston building, occupying about 8,000 square feet of space, said David Christensen of Gaston Bay Development LLC. Christensen is also a local architect.
The office building is certified LEED Gold because of the environmentally friendly work that went into it, including improving energy efficiency. Work on renovating the former warehouse was completed about a year ago, when ...
