Computer software company Attachmate has signed a lease for office space on the Bellingham waterfront.

The company will be moving from 455 Stuart Road into the renovated Gaston Bay Building at 2925 Roeder Ave., near Mount Baker Products. Attachmate will be on the third floor of the Gaston building, occupying about 8,000 square feet of space, said David Christensen of Gaston Bay Development LLC. Christensen is also a local architect.
