Albert R. Waiters, 48, of 20 Wilson St., Fitchburg, sentenced to four concurrent terms of 2 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (bat) and two counts of intimidation of a witness. He was placed on six concurrent terms of 5 years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to home invasion, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling (bat), and three counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.
