As our share price tracking table below indicates, share prices in the 35 firms that we are monitoring showed general improvement, month-on-month, with 25 companies experiencing share price increases ranging from 1.5% to nearly 80% on 6 August, compared to 6 June this year. That still leaves 30% of the firms in our basket continuing to show share price decline over that same two month period. Only four of our tracked firms showed improvements in August 2009 compared to June 2008 -GeoEye, RF Micro Devices, CSR (who took over SiRF Technology on 26 June) and database firm Sybase--a mixed bag, indeed.
