By ERUM ZAIDI KARACHI, September 29 (THE NATION): The State Bank of Pakistan has decided to keep its policy rate unchanged at 13 per cent for the next two months (October-November) of current financial year, 2009-10 due to uncertain inflation outlook and expected fiscal slippages.
