By ERUM ZAIDI KARACHI, September 29 (THE NATION): The State Bank of Pakistan has decided to keep its policy rate unchanged at 13 per cent for the next two months (October-November) of current financial year, 2009-10 due to uncertain inflation outlook and expected fiscal slippages. This decision was taken at a meeting of the Central Board of Directors of the State Bank held under the chairmanship of SBP Governor, Syed Salim Raza at central banks premises on Tuesday with an aim of reviewing monetary policy stance for the upcoming two months.
