Imagine if you could walk, run, row or bike your way from Vermont to Las Vegas without leaving your neighborhood! Well, that's exactly what more than one thousand active adults, ages 50+, did this summer as they exercised their way daily through Cabot Creamery Cooperative's Vermont-to-Vegas Challenge.
Participants competed online -- via the honor system -- to log their exercise routines for a given day. As each player's exercise time accumulated, they moved along a map towards their final destination, Las Vegas. Players earned poker chips each step of the way, which increased their chances of winning prizes via random drawings throughout the duration of the game ...
