William Dragon, Jr., former President and CEO of London Fog Industries, is slated to join Ellington Handbags as interim CEO. Ellington serves both wholesale and consumer customer bases, specializing in casual-chic handbags and travel accessories in signature leathers and fabrics. Dragon, a member of Ellington's Board of Directors, will step in as CEO starting September 28, when current CEO Michael J. Edwards departs for a new position as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer of Borders Group, Inc.
