David A. Woolsey has been named managing director of Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC (CMAG), the corporate revitalization and investment banking firm headquartered in New York. He will be responsible for business development on the West Coast.
Woolsey brings more than 40 years of domestic and international experience in the corporate commercial and real estate finance industries to Carl Marks. His expertise includes managing profit and loss, leading mergers and acquisitions and business development.
