European Union regulators extended an antitrust exemption that shipping companies, including A.P. Moeller-Maersk A/S and TUI AG’s Hapag-Lloyd AG, use when cooperating on cargo services to April 2015.The European Commission in Brussels, the EU’s anti-trust regulator, narrowed the exemption in a move aimed at boosting competition and lowering prices.
