JAKARTA, Oct 2 Asia Pulse - PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JSX:JPFA) has completed preparations to merge with PT Multi Agro Persada Tbk.
"Preparations have already been done long before. On July 25, 2009 we have made the letter of intent, which was followed up on July 26 and August 5," Japfa`s director, Iganatius Herry Wibowo, said here on Thursday.
He said he hoped the merger would increase the synergy in operational activities and competitive capacity in business competition.
It is also hoped the revenue would also increase 10 to 15 per cent, he said.
