Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Limited (532174.BO) (ICICIBANK.NS) (NYSE: IBN) (ICBA.DE), China's largest bank by assets, is acquiring ACL Bank PCL (ACL.TH) in a deal valuing the Thai lender at as much as THB18.29bn (USD545m), Dow Jones has reported citing the two banks.
