MINNEAPOLIS, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CNS, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNXS) announced today that it has settled two patent lawsuits which had been brought against the company by Acutek Adhesive Specialties, Inc., and both suits will be dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed under terms of a confidentiality agreement between the parties.
