C. Peter Jorgenson of Tunbridge, Vt., publisher of newspapers and magazines in New England and New York, died Sept. 25 in his home. He was 68.
Born in Medford, he moved to Tunbridge in 1993. He graduated from Arlington High School and earned an associate of arts degree, a bachelor of science and a master of science degree in journalism from Boston University.
Mr. Jorgenson and his wife, Kathryn, bought the Arlington Advocate in 1969. When they sold their company, Century Publications, in 1986, they were publishing six suburban weekly newspapers.
