Kessel Associates has announced it has received approval to break ground this spring on twin, speculative, 12,800 square-foot modular buildings at 33 and 35 Wilson Drive in Sparta, NJ. The project, which is planned for completion by fall 1998, represents one of the region's first new industrial construction projects.
The flex property will feature high-quality, finish-to-suit space which can be easily divided for combined office, warehouse, showroom, distribution or light manufacturing uses. Situated in a corporate park setting, the buildings will offer 20-foot clear ceilings, drive-in loading, large bays and ample parking.
