The figures show that News Corporation executive chair Rupert Murdoch is the highest-paid overall. Frank Lowy of Westfield is likely to be the closest to Murdoch, but the shopping centre group has not yet released its remuneration report. Meanwhile, among the non-executive directors the top rank is held by David Crawford. He serves on the boards of BHP Billiton, Foster's Group and Lend Lease, and is one of just 10 such directors to have been paid in ...
