Oct 04, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- PBL Media's plan for the construction of a printing and distribution centre in Sydney for ACP Magazines has not progressed. The media company said that it has not abandoned the plan. However, it has not located a site or leased equipment, making it impossible to meet its deadline of late 2011.
