New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC) President Charles Millard has announced new development opportunities in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Many of the sites for sale are located in the federally designated Empowerment Zone or a New York State Economic Development Zone, resulting in significant tax abatements and other incentives for developers purchasing the land.
