Twelve local artists, two interior decorators and a local builder will come together for a benefit for children centered around a DeWitt ranch.
The event, called Art House, will raise money to build a new Family Support Center at Elmcrest Children's Center in Syracuse. Elmcrest provides services for children with emotional, behavioral and psychiatric problems, as well as children with developmental disabilities. The new support center will provide a safe, short-term residence for children who must be removed from their own homes due to neglect, violence, drug or physical abuse.
