ODESSA, Fla. -- Dais Analytic (DLYT), a US nanotechnology company is prototyping a fluorocarbon-free heating and cooling system called "NanoAir" that uses water instead of traditional CFC/HCFC-producing refrigerants that deplete the ozone layer.
This may be a timely breakthrough for the upcoming Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen. The impact of these chemicals on global warming will be a major topic when representatives from 170 countries unite again in what has been, for the last 22 years, one of the most focused global efforts in history.
