THERE should be fun and games in Hills' match-up between the two monster hitters in the Madrid field, Alvaro Quiros and Ricardo Gonzalez, as neither can be relied on to play the same two weeks running, writes Jeremy Chapman.

Gonzalez is the evens outsider, as he should be on rankings, but Quiros is under-performing badly and looked one of the Continentals' few weak links in the Vivendi Trophy.

He has since finished down the field at the Dunhill, 62nd to Gonzalez's ninth, which gives Argentinian backers more than a glimmer of hope.
