NEW YORK, NEW YORK, Oct 7, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Clenergen Corporation (OTCBB:CRGE) today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Enhanced Biofuels & Technologies India (P) Ltd to form a new research and development company. The new company will be called Biomass2Biopower Private Limited (B2B) and will be focused on bio energy research and development, with a view of evaluating a variety of species of tree (Casuarinas, Eucalyptus, Luciana's, Vanashree, Acacia, Prosopis Juliflora and grasses as future potential supplies of cultivated non edible biomass feedstock's.
