CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO--From the Riu Palace Resort, you can look out across the bay to El Arco, the arch-shaped rock formation at the southern tip of Baja California Sur, where the blue Pacific meets the emerald-green waters of the Sea of Cortez.
It's also near a synagogue called Casa Shalom and a New York-style deli called Senor Greenberg's in downtown Cabo.
