(ADPnews) - Sep 28, 2009 - R&I gave Monday a formal AAA rating to the JPY 3.91 billion (USD 43.7m/EUR 30m) lease-backed loan No 103 of Japan's banking and leasing company Hitachi Capital Corp (TYO:8586).
R&I assigned a preliminary rating to the above loan on September 7, 2009.
The transfer has been perfected as against any third party by registration pursuant to the Law Regarding Special Exceptions to the Civil Code with Respect to Perfection Requirements for Assignment of Movables and Claims. the rater said.
