(ADPnews) - Aug 14, 2009 - AgustaWestland, a unit of Italian aerospace and defence group Finmeccanica SpA (BIT:FNC), has agreed to buy 87.6% of Polish state-owned helicopter maker PZL-Swidnik.
AgustaWestland, which already owns 6% of the Polish company, will acquire the stake from the Polish Agency for Industrial Development (ARP).
