(ADPnews) - Sep 29, 2009 - Spanish construction and services group Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (MCE:ACS) may face problems with its tender bid for Polish sector player Pol-Aqua SA (WAR:PQA) after a recent appreciation of the company and criticism by minor shareholders, Spanish daily Expansion reported today.

Investment fund Pioneer Pekao, holding an over 5% stake in Pol-Aqua, decided to analyse better the offered price by ACS after the market price of the Polish company had increased.
