NEW YORK, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research today announced that Doug Leggate will be joining as senior large-cap U.S. oils and refining analyst covering integrated oils and exploration and production (E&P) companies.

In this role, Leggate will focus on providing clients with fundamental equity coverage on key companies in this space and will work closely with his regional and global counterparts. He will be based in Houston as part of the Energy/Utility team and will report to Steve Haggerty, head of BofA Merrill Lynch Americas Equity Research.
