(ADPnews) - Sep 23, 2009 - The shareholders in Colombian investment company Compania Colombiana de Inversiones (CLB:CCVO), or Colinversiones, approved yesterday a proposed merger between Colinversiones and five of its power subsidiaries.
Colinversiones will thus absorb its subsidiaries Generar SA ESP (CLB:GEN), Merilectrica SA, Merilectrica SA & Cia SCA ESP, Compania Colombiana de Energia SAS and Hidromontanitas SA ESP, Colinversiones specified.
