(ADPnews) - Sep 22, 2009 - Spanish utility Gas Natural (MCE:GAS) may sell Colombian power firm Empresa de Energia del Pacifico (CLB:EPSA), or Epsa, as part of expected disinvestment after the merger with Union Fenosa (MCE:UNF), Colombian daily Portafolio reported yesterday quoting sector sources.
Gas Natural, through Union Fenosa, holds 63% stake in Epsa, which attends some 403,000 customers in southwestern Colombia.
