(ADPnews) - Aug 17, 2009 - The electricity interconnection between Colombia and Panama will be ready in late 2013 or early 2014, the head of Colombian state-run electricity grid operator Interconexion Electrica (CLB:ISA) or ISA, Luis Fernando Alarcon, said at the end of last week.
