(ADPnews) - Aug 24, 2009 - Previ, the pension fund of Brazil's state bank Banco do Brasil (BB), will have a direct shareholding in energy holding company CPFL Energia (NYSE:CPL; SAO:CPFE3), after Previ's subsidiary 521 Participacoes transferred it its stake in the utility.
