(ADPnews) - Aug 27, 2009 - Canadian-based oil company Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (TSE:PRE) will invest USD 9 million (EUR 6.3m) to drill two exploratory wells in Colombia's Arauca block in the next two years, the company said yesterday.
