(ADPnews) - Sep 8, 2009 - Spanish gas utility Gas Natural (MCE:GAS) after its merger with power utility Union Fenosa (MCE:UNF) has assumed its 5% stake in Spanish IT firm Indra (MCE:IDR), Gas Natural reported today to stock market regulator CNMV.

The all-stock merger led to the establishment of the third largest utility in Spain and the fourth biggest liquefied natural gas (LNG) operator worldwide.

In July, Union Fenosa sold 10% in Indra to Spanish financial holding company Corporacion Financiera Alba (MCE:ALB) for EUR 246 ...
