(ADPnews) - Sep 1, 2009 - The regional court in Essen Tuesday appointed Klaus Hubert Goerg insolvency administrator of German Arcandor (ETR:ARO) and its units Karstadt Warenhaus GmbH and Quelle GmbH, the retail group said.

The move comes after the opening of an insolvency case of the German company today.
