Article: Four Kuka supervisors to step down today - report.

(ADPnews) - Sep 3, 2009 - Four supervisory board members, representing the capital side of German Kuka (ETR:KU2), want to step down today, daily Handelsblatt reported on Thursday, citing corporate sources.

Chief supervisor Rolf Bartke will not be the only one to resign at today's meeting of the board. Also members Reiner Beutel, Helmut Leube and Herbert Meyer want to leave with him. Thus, they will give major shareholders Grenzebach and Guy Wyser-Pratte plenty of rope in the new supervisory board.

Grenzebach, a long-term client of Kuka which owns almost 30% in it, already has two seats on the board, occupied by CEO Bernd Minning and his confidant Till ...
