(ADPnews) - Sep 11, 2009 - Swiss investment company Airesis SA (SWF:AIRE) reported on Friday a net profit attributable to shareholders of CHF 1.2 million (USD 1.15m/EUR 790,000) for the first half of 2009.
In the corresponding prior-year period the company had posted a net loss of CHF 10.2 million.
The company, focused on the sports sector, announced an operating profit for the reporting period of CHF 2.4 million, while a year ago there was an operating loss of CHF 10.8 million.
Revenue rose to CHF 82.5 million from CHF 71.2 million. The gross profit went up to CHF 36.3 million from CHF 32.3 million on a yearly basis.
