(ADPnews) - Sep 4, 2009 - Swedish engineering group Alfa Laval AB (STO:ALFA) sees better possibilities to make acquisitions as sellers and buyers have started to come closer to each other in terms of price expectations, CEO Lars Renstrom said today in an interview for local news wire Nyhetsbyran Direkt.

On September 1, the group announced the acquisition of 90% of the shares in South Korean heat exchanger maker LHE Co Ltd, which had sales equivalent to some SEK 750 million (USD 104m/EUR 72.9m) in 2008. The purchase price was not disclosed.
