(ADPnews) - Sep 11, 2009 - JCR assigned Friday an A- rating to the upcoming bonds of Japan's Chukyo Bank Ltd (TYO:8530).
The JPY 5 billion (USD 54.8m/EUR 37.5m) subordinated callable bonds No 4 due 2019 will be issued on Septemper 25, 2009 under the bank's shelf registration.
The Chukyo Bank is a second-tier regional bank and is headquartered in the city of Nagoya in the Aichi prefecture.
The bank has a business foothold in the whole prefecture and is also present in the Mie prefecture, which reflects its historical background. Its funds total approximately JPY 1.5 trillion.
