(ADPnews) - Sep 24, 2009 - Indian credit rating agency CRISIL confirmed yesterday the rating of AA+ with a "stable" outlook on the fund-based facility of the industrial machinery maker Alfa Laval India Ltd (BOM:505885).
The facility amounts to INR 272.6 million (USD 5.7m/EUR 3.8m).
The agency also confirmed at P1+ the rating on the company's INR-2-billion bank guarantee facility and INR-100-million commercial paper programme.
The ratings continue to reflect Alfa Laval India's strong financial risk profile, established market position, and the strong technological and marketing support it receives from its owner, Sweden-based peer Alfa Laval AB ...
