GERMANTOWN, Md., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Optelecom-NKF, Inc. , a leading global supplier of advanced video surveillance solutions, today announced it has won a major traffic management technology contract in Spain. Optelecom-NKF will work with Indra Sistemas, S.A. (Indra), Spain's leading information technology company, to design and deploy a combined traffic monitoring and automatic incident detection (AID) system in the 949 meter long El Fresno Tunnel, located along the A-63 highway in the Principality of Asturias, Northern Spain. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
