Oct 07, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A class action against OZ Minerals started in the Federal Court of Australia on 7 October 2009. The suit concerns $US560 million of debt that should have been repaid by the end of 2008 and statements by the company about its financial status at the time. A separate class action around similar issues is being prepared.
